You note that two of the 6 directors own no shares in Vital Ltd. And that has been the case for some time. The NZSA policy on directors share ownership says that when shares are not owned then ” why not?”
So could the NZSA proxy holder please ask Mr Snodgrass and Ms Freeman-Greene why they chose not to own shares in Vital Ltd.
Will put the question to the company.
