The New Zealand Shareholders Association is not a government agency, nor are we funded by the government. We are an independent association funded by our membership and sponsorship.
As a not-for-profit, the important work the NZSA does raising the standards of corporate governance in New Zealand benefits from generous benefactors who encourage and facilitate the work of the Association.
All donations are directed to establishing dedicated research initiatives and improved member resources.
